Thanks Mike! Have you experienced the 1 stars? If so what do you do to handle it?
My take is that negative reviews are from folks offering me the opportunity to do better; if they just slink away quietly, I’ll never know what I did wrong. So – I’ll take the complainers (but not too often please)
