People Buy What They Try

If you are at a clothing store and you try on a jacket, you are more likely to buy it now. If you are at a food store and sample the baked cookies, you are more likely to buy a dozen. If you try a 30-day free software trial, you are more likely to sign-up for the paid program than if you just checked out the specs.

Give away samples. Offer free trials. Do whatever you can to have customers try you on for size. People buy what they try.
